As many of you may already know, Henry and Michelle Wade’s home was destroyed by fire Sunday, August 10, during their church service. Henry is the Pastor of Inyokern Baptist Church and previously served on staff here at Immanuel before beginning his current ministry.

The Wades lost everything in the fire—including their RV and their beloved little dog of 17 years. A motorhome has been provided for them to live in during this time of recovery and will be parked at the Elk’s Lodge in Ridgecrest.

In addition, once they are settled into the motorhome, we will coordinate with the community to organize a meal train.

This rebuilding process will take time. Please continue to pray for Henry and Michelle as they take things one day at a time. They are deeply grateful for the outpouring of prayers and support from everyone.
